It is important to remember that bishops are not the only ward leaders who can provide counsel due to changes recently made. For non-repentance counsel, young women may counsel with the Young Women president, adult priesthood holders can counsel with the Elders Quorum President, and women may receive counsel from the Relief Society President. These leaders are “entitled to revelation from heaven to help with challenges that do not require a common judge or involve abuse of any kind.” (Elder Quentin L.
